Son but est d\u2019\u00e9tablir un cadre prot\u00e9geant <strong>le coach\u00e9<\/strong> et <strong>le coach<\/strong>, ainsi que <strong>toute personne associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche de coaching<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Engagement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Dans le cadre des services que j\u2019offre \u00e0 mes clients en tant que coach, je m\u2019engage \u00e0 faire preuve d\u2019une \u00e9thique professionnelle en m\u2019appuyant sur des normes de conduite reconnues par la profession. Je me base pour cela \u00e0 la fois sur les principes d\u00e9ontologiques propos\u00e9s par l\u2019ICF (International Coach Federation) et la WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches).<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>R\u00e8gles de conduite professionnelle<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>I \u2013 D\u00c9ONTOLOGIE ET \u00c9THIQUE PROFESSIONNELLE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 1 : Exercer son activit\u00e9 dans le respect des personnes et des principes de neutralit\u00e9, d\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 et de non-discrimination.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 2 : Respect de la confidentialit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 3 : Communiquer ce code de d\u00e9ontologie \u00e0 toute personne en faisant la demande.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>II \u2013 RELATIONS AVEC LES CLIENTS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 4 : Analyser les besoins des clients en amont de la prestation afin de proposer un programme r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 leurs attentes et leur permettant d\u2019atteindre leurs objectifs professionnels ou personnels.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 5 : \u00c9tablir un contrat ou une convention avant toute action de formation ou tout accompagnement de coaching. Ces documents devant encadrer clairement l\u2019action (objectif, tarif, modalit\u00e9s d\u2019accompagnement).<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 6 : Respecter les conditions contractuelles.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 7 : Fournir des renseignements exacts sur la formation et les comp\u00e9tences professionnelles du formateur.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 8 : Mettre en oeuvre toutes ses comp\u00e9tences pour l\u2019atteinte des objectifs de la formation ou du coaching.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 9 : Informer le plus rapidement possible le client ou son commanditaire de tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment pouvant nuire \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte des objectifs de l\u2019accompagnement ou de la formation.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 10 : Rester neutre et n\u2019exprimer aucun jugement sur le client.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 11 : Respecter la confidentialit\u00e9 des informations et des \u00e9changes avec le client.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 12 : Respecter la culture de l\u2019organisation client.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>III \u2013 RELATIONS AVEC LES B\u00c9N\u00c9FICIAIRES DES ACTIONS DE FORMATION ET\/OU DE CONSEIL<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 13 : Inscrire les actions dans une d\u00e9marche de d\u00e9veloppement de la personne.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 14 : Respecter la personnalit\u00e9 de chacun et s\u2019interdire toute forme de discrimination.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 15 : Garantir aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires le respect de la confidentialit\u00e9 des propos tenus lors des actions de formation.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 16 : Entretenir une relation empreinte d\u2019empathie, d\u2019\u00e9coute et de bienveillance.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 17 : Subordonner ses int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 ceux de ses coach\u00e9s et stagiaires, \u00e9viter et d\u00e9clarer tout conflit d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat r\u00e9el ou potentiel.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 18 : Ne demander uniquement aux stagiaires et coach\u00e9s que des informations n\u00e9cessaires et en lien direct avec la formation\u00a0ou le processus d\u2019accompagnement.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>IV \u2013 RELATIONS AVEC LA PROFESSION<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 19 : Contribuer par son comportement et la qualit\u00e9 des actions \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019image de la profession.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 20 : Connaitre et appliquer les r\u00e8gles en vigueur dans sa profession.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 21 : Se garder de tout propos d\u00e9sobligeant envers un confr\u00e8re aupr\u00e8s des clients.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>V \u2013 RESPECT DU CADRE L\u00c9GAL ET R\u00c9GLEMENTAIRE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 22 : Conna\u00eetre et appliquer les lois et r\u00e8glements pour les actions de Formation Professionnelle Continue, et se tenir inform\u00e9 de leur \u00e9volution.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 23 : \u00catre en r\u00e8gle par rapport \u00e0 toute obligation l\u00e9gale et fiscale.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 24 : N\u2019accepter aucune r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration illicite.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span>Art. 25 : Citer ses sources et respecter la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00e9ontologie Cette charte de d\u00e9ontologie repr\u00e9sente les valeurs, les fondamentaux et l\u2019\u00e9thique que je d\u00e9fends en tant que coach professionnel.
